With over seven years experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, I am deeply committed to championing children's rights and ensuring every child is heard, valued and protected. I believe all children deserve to grow up in a safe, nurturing environment where they are fully supported to reach their full potential and achieve the best outcomes. My work is driven by a passion for safeguarding and a strong belief in creating a culture across the school where children feel empowered, respected and able to thrive.
Toni Grist - Family Liaison Officer
My job is very varied and I deal with lots of interesting things within my daily routine. My day starts, usually, meeting and greeting the children and parents at the Main Gate on the Luton Road Entrance and then meeting and greeting any late children to make sure they are signed in and have chosen their meals for that day.
I am available to speak with parents and children Monday to Friday and can help with lots of different issues ranging from help with foodbanks to emotional support for your children. If I cannot help you with an issue immediately I usually knows someone who can help you.
I am always happy to support our families in whatever way possible, all you have to do is make contact and I will always try to help out wherever possible.
