Dove After School Club:

In addition to our Breakfast Club, we also provide an after-school club from that runs Monday to Friday from 3.15pm to 6pm, term time only.

The cost is:

£4.00 - 3.15pm - 4.30pm including a light snack and drink and;

£6.00 - 3.15pm to 6pm and includes a light snack, drink and tea.

The club is based in KS2 (off of the astroturf) where a range of fun activities will be offered such as:

Art & Craft Activities

Lego & Construction Activities

Board Games

Computer Games

Cooking Activities

Seasonal Activities

Booking and Payment

Once parents are registered with the school, the booking and payment system is all managed through ParentPay.

Parents/Carers are able to book the sessions they require through ParentPay. Parents/Carers are able to book on a daily/weekly/monthly or termly basis.

Parents/Carers will need to load money on to their ParentPay account and for each session attended the cost will be deducted from your account. Sessions will not be bookable without having the balance available to cover the sessions booked. If a session is booked and your child is absent due to illness you will not be charged, should you need to cancel a booking at short notice, please contact the school office who will be able to do this for you.

Collection of children

Pick up for children is only via the blue gates on Pheasant Road.  You will need to press the ring doorbell to gain access to the after-school club. There is also a mobile phone number at the foot of this information. Please note the mobile number will only be active during the hours of 3.15pm and 6pm. In the event of an unavoidable late pick up please call the number to inform the club supervisors.

Children will only be released to those with parental responsibility or a named contact who can supply the agreed password. Should these arrangements change at the last minute, please use the mobile number to inform the club supervisors.

All exterior gates to the school grounds will be locked for the safety of your children.

Please note there will be a fee for late collections.
