Mrs Chloe Riley
Deputy Head of School
I am proud to serve as Deputy Head of a wonderful and diverse school community. With over seven years of senior leadership experience, I work strategically to ensure high standards, continuous improvement and inclusive practice across the school.
As someone who has grown up in Medway, I am deeply committed to serving the community that has shaped me. One of my key strategic responsibilities focuses on assessment and achievement, where I lead work to ensure robust systems that recognise individual progress, drive improvement and celebrate success for all learners.
Our approach is underpinned by our DARE values — dignity, aspiration, respect and equity — which inform decision-making at every level and ensure that our culture remains ambitious, inclusive and values-driven. We are committed to recognising individuals and celebrating everyone’s achievements, ensuring that all students are given the opportunity to thrive.
As Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” This belief continues to guide my leadership and my commitment to delivering the highest possible outcomes for our school community.
Mrs Natalie Andrews
Assistant Head of School- Curriculum

Hello! I am incredibly excited and proud to be a member of the Luton Primary family and community.
My main remit is the curriculum and teaching and learning- something I am passionate and driven about. I genuinely believe that every child should have the opportunity to be successful with their learning to achieve their full potential and that our curriculum should provide the these opportunities as well as encourage the children to strive; develop their self-confidence to help them achieve and also offer additional activites to develop skills which will help them as they transition throughout the school and beyond, whilst upholding the school's DARE values.
Through working alongside the children, parents, carers, the staff and the Luton community, I am looking forward to building upon the incredible place Luton Primary is and continue to strive towards the best outcomes for every child whilst showcasing how we all DARE.
As Malala Yousafzai once said, "One child, one teacher, one book and one pen can change the world" and our children and teachers can definitely be part of changing the world.
Mrs Samantha Morrin
Assistant Head of School- Attendance, Behaviour and Safeguarding
I am proud to be part of the Luton Primary School community as Assistant Head of School, leading on behaviour, attendance and safeguarding.
I am passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, understood and able to thrive. I believe strongly in breaking down barriers to learning and supporting children to develop the confidence, resilience and positive attitudes they need to achieve their very best. I am particularly passionate about understanding the individual needs of children and looking beyond behaviour to understand what may be behind it, so that we can provide the right support at the right time.
Building positive relationships with families is also incredibly important to me. I believe that when schools and parents work together, with open communication, trust and a shared understanding of what is best for the child, we can make a real difference to children’s experiences and outcomes.
I have extensive leadership experience working collaboratively with children, staff, families and the wider school community to drive positive change. I am excited to build strong relationships across Luton Primary, work alongside a dedicated staff team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our school community
